BreatheCon is a free, two-day virtual event where adults with cystic fibrosis age 18 and older come together to discuss their unique experiences through open and honest dialogue, while celebrating the power of connection and community.

This year’s BreatheCon will focus on physical and mental health, as CF impacts all areas of our lives. Many adults with CF have used their creativity to interpret their unique experiences and bring balance to their lives. We plan to highlight the benefits of creative expression throughout this year’s event in various ways.

BreatheCon will feature keynotes, topic-based panels, fun activities, and small-group video breakouts on issues that are unique to people living with cystic fibrosis.

Share, connect, and learn while supporting and being inspired by one another.

Simply register and join the event. You do not need to pre-select any of your sessions, however, you can add sessions to your calendar if you prefer.
